4. Full Autopilot

If you enable Full Autopilot or another automated publishing feature, you authorize PromoBurst AI to publish eligible scheduled content automatically according to your selected settings. You remain responsible for your business, connected accounts, marketing decisions, and the content published on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromoBurst AI to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights.
• Publish deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Access accounts or business assets without authorization.
• Interfere with the security or operation of PromoBurst AI.
• Use the service in violation of applicable third-party platform rules.

6. AI-Generated Content

PromoBurst AI may use artificial intelligence to assist with marketing content. AI-generated output may occasionally contain errors or require adjustment. Users should review information that could materially affect customers, pricing, legal obligations, or business decisions.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Connected services are operated by third parties and may change their features, APIs, policies, availability, or requirements. PromoBurst AI is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or changes made by third-party platforms.
